Hiromatsu Furniture was founded in 1950 in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, we produced wooden school desks. As the times changed, so did our products. Today, we craft a wide range of items for daily life, from storage furniture, sofas, chairs, and tables to household goods and lighting. We are relentlessly particular about the quality, combination, thickness, and texture of materials. We respect the time carved into the wood and constantly ask ourselves: Can we enjoy the time the wood will carve? We create “family furniture” that fits comfortably in the hand, and tools for daily living, constantly asking ourselves these questions. Furniture is a “family tool.” It is something seen and used every day. Aiming for Hiromatsu Furniture's creations to become part of the “family scene” and a “member of the family,” we will continue to face each grain of wood, piece by piece, crafting gentle items that resonate with the human heart.

FACTORY SHOP HIROMATSU Nihonbashi is featuring a special exhibition of custom-made dining tables crafted from solid teak and wenge wood during this period. In addition to the “Primitivo Sofa” released this year, we are displaying a wide selection of personal chairs proposed by Hiromatsu Furniture. We invite you to visit and experience their comfort for yourself.
「ハグチェアー」は、その名の通り、抱くように座る椅子です。誰もがひと目で惹きつけられるこのフォルムは、中国のデザイナーのシュ・ユコウ（朱禹豪）氏によるもの。「木製家具と人々との間により親密な関係を築く手段として、どんな体型どんな姿勢の人もあたたかく迎え入れるような椅子をデザインした」と話します。手触りがやさしいオイル仕上げで、座る人をほかのどの椅子にもない心地よさで包み込みます。
今春より主力シリーズのアイテムに展開し好評を得ている「Keshizumi Select Items」。人気のシステムソファー「クォード リビング(15) 」もそのひとつです。アームレスアングルソファーなどの新アイテムを追加し、幅広いシーンに対応します。北海道ニレ材×日本の伝統色「消炭色（けしずみいろ）」のコラボレーションによる新スタイルにて、ライフスタイルシーンを提案しております。
