In conjunction with JAPAN FURNITURE SHOW by IFFT 2026, MASTERWAL Ginza presents a special exhibition of the YU series by Mikiya Kobayashi. Discover the new UT8 DINING TABLE with the UC11 CHAIR, along with an exclusive preview of a chair currently in development, all presented in white-oiled oak.
Introducing the new UT8 DINING TABLE, designed by Mikiya Kobayashi and launching on October 31. Paired with the UC11 CHAIR, the exhibition presents a new dining scene from the YU series. A chair currently under development will also be unveiled exclusively during the event. Experience the refined design and distinctive world of YU, expressed through the soft, natural beauty of white-oiled oak, at MASTERWAL Ginza.
To celebrate the launch of the new UT8 Dining Table, we will host a talk with designer Mikiya Kobayashi. Beginning with the design and development of UT8, he will reflect on the ideas behind the YU series, its approach to materials, and the products created so far. He will also share his perspective on pieces currently in development and the future direction of the series.
