KARIMOKU

Founded in the city of Kariya, Aichi Prefecture in 1940, Karimoku Furniture has a mission of “A happy life with wood” and creates wooden furniture to fit people’s everyday lives. Since we began making and selling domestically-produced furniture under our own brand in 1962, we have dedicated ourselves to fusing trusty artisanship with the latest manufacturing technologies in the creation of high-quality furniture. "If we use 100-year-old trees, we want to make furniture that is worthy of their rings." We strive to bring the world richer lives through furniture that epitomizes those words. We also believe in the importance of contributing to a sustainable society. Not only do we actively use unutilized and recyclable wood in our products, our support system provides services such as repairs and after-sales maintenance to make sure our customers can continue to treasure their furniture for years to come.
