Established in 1959 in Tokushima—an area renowned for its woodworking heritage—Fuji Furniture brings Japanese craftsmanship into dialogue with contemporary global design. With creative disruption as its guiding philosophy, the brand has consistently reimagined furniture as both a cultural expression and an object of refined living. At the core of Fuji Furniture’s identity is mastery of molded plywood, paired with a made-to-order system and the precision of the Toyota Production System. This fusion of advanced technique and bespoke flexibility results in an exceptional range of possibilities, from materials and fabrics to finishes and details. Each piece transcends its function to become a defining element of the interior—timeless yet modern, understated yet distinctive. More than furniture, Fuji Furniture offers a way of living where design, individuality, and elegance converge.

Through the dialogue between material and form, the piece sketches a new contour of value—timeless, refined, and deeply rooted in craft. This special showroom exhibition invites visitors to experience the world that unfolds through chestnut and Koti Noa. In Japan, broadleaf trees do not grow with the purpose of becoming furniture. Yet when their natural character is brought into dialogue with design, they reveal a richness of expression. Choosing such furniture is also a choice to protect forests, sustain local communities, and nurture a cycle of living in harmony with nature. To shape wood grown on this land with the hands of its people—this, we believe, is the most natural and most beautiful form of circulation. We invite you to experience the strength and poetry that arise from a craft completed at its very origin.
