At our two factories in Hiroshima, we offer year-round open factory tours by appointment. We'll guide you through the furniture-making process at Hamamoto kougei, where we combine the latest machinery with the careful handiwork of our craftsmen. You'll get an inside look at our production site, learning about our commitment to craftsmanship and hearing unique stories from a manufacturer's perspective.

Dejima Factory
Located on the coast of Hiroshima City, our Dejima factory spans 14,608 square meters and has 103 employees. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including lathes, carving machines, robotic sanders, and 5-axis NC（Numerical Control） routers, as well as UV coating equipment. We produce a wide range of furniture here, including tables, chairs, cabinets, and study desks. After the factory tour, you are welcome to visit our adjacent furniture showroom.

Saeki Factory
Nestled in a lush green area surrounded by rice paddies and forests, our Saeki factory covers 35,517 square meters with 113 employees. This factory specializes in manufacturing sofas, dining chairs, and desk chairs. It's equipped with cutting-edge machinery tailored for chair production, such as 5-axis NC routers, NC lathes, and automatic cutting machines. You can see our end-to-end chair manufacturing process, including wood bending and upholstery, all handled in-house.
