Event Information

When NIHON BED moved its headquarters to Minami-aoyama in fall 2019, the company also opened a new two-floor showroom. Based on the theme of “a forest of sleep,” the building surrounded by an abundant array of plants features a spacious design and creates a place where you can feel the passing of the seasons, even in the city. Elements such as the six meter-high collaboration display window next to the entrance come together in a showroom abounding with inspiration to help you visualize ways to make everyday life more colorful. We have absolute confidence in our mattresses as the foundation of good sleep, and we look forward to welcoming you to see for yourself.

新作「HUG ハグチェアー」期間限定展示

「ハグチェアー」は、その名の通り、抱くように座る椅子です。誰もがひと目で惹きつけられるこのフォルムは、中国のデザイナーのシュ・ユコウ（朱禹豪）氏によるもの。「木製家具と人々との間により親密な関係を築く手段として、どんな体型どんな姿勢の人もあたたかく迎え入れるような椅子をデザインした」と話します。手触りがやさしいオイル仕上げで、座る人をほかのどの椅子にもない心地よさで包み込みます。
